Integrated Therapy
This is Jhancarlos’ holistic and individualized plan that combines massage therapy and personal training. We begin by resolving the acute pain through manual work and then add in corrective exercises to fix the muscular imbalances and incorrect posture that were the underlying cause of the pain. Once you can’t complain about the pain hindering you from your fitness goals, we whip into full gear, all while maintaining periodic manual work to improve your performance, reduce recovery time, and stay pain free!
About Jhancarlos
I began my journey as a fitness enthusiast myself. At the gym, the other members took notice and encouraged me to become a personal trainer. That’s how my journey in the health and fitness field started. A short time after starting to work as a personal trainer and getting certified, I was invited to participate in a stretching workshop, and quickly noticed how much assisted stretching reduced recovery time and increased performance for myself and my clients. However, stretching was not enough to help my clients that were injured or prone to injury due to faulty movement patterns and poor posture.

However, I decided to give Jhancarlos a try after he correctly assessed muscular imbalances in my body from years of dance training with only a cursory glance.
